AGM OF PROSTALUND AB - 2024
The Annual General Meeting of ProstaLund AB will take place on Thursday 30 May 2024 at 13:00 CET at Medicon Village, Inspira (Room “Allvar”), Scheelevägen 2, 223 63 Lund.
The Board of Directors has, pursuant to § 9 of ProstaLund AB’s Articles of Association, decided that shareholders may exercise their voting rights at the Annual General Meeting by postal voting. The shareholders can thus choose to exercise their voting rights at the meeting through physical participation, by proxy or by postal voting.
