AGM/ Annual meeting

The Annual General Meeting of ProstaLund AB will take place on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at 14:00 at Scheelevägen 4, 223 63 in Lund.

Those who wish to attend the meeting must:

• be registered as a shareholder in the share register maintained by Euroclear Sweden AB
  regarding the circumstances on the record date June 16, 2025,
• notify the Company of their participation no later than June 18, 2025.
